my friends! no one reads this blog except my friends. well, i'm in washington dc, the capitol of the united states. it's so lovely here. i've been drinking some liquid beverages, oh yes:
DC started with a lovely salad from sweetgreen. amazing. perfect for my cleanse.
wandering around for a bit, i looked for my dinner. a raspberry and mango smoothies, except sugar was added and said smoothie needed to be tossed....
then came the real dinner, green juice from whole foods:
a weird evening, complete with migraine prevention and talks with lovely husband, lead to the morning idea to go across the street from the hotel to starbucks to get actual internet connection, where presently i sit and ponder the day's events before they unfold.
